
Public Health Aid Awareness and Education Organization is a not-for-profit organization based in Nigeria and was established to promote sustainable community development initiatives and thereby address several exigent issues – ranging from water & nutrition, sanitation & hygiene to women’s rights – that are hindering the quality of life of Nigeria communities. The organization empowers women and girls to lead healthy and meaningful lives.
PHAAE mission is to eradicate health inequalities and water poverty in Nigeria by working more on water, sanitation and hygiene issues in the nation and by providing rural dwellers with access to clean water and affordable sanitation facilities. PHAAE works in line with the United Nations in the implementation of Sustainable Goal 6, Clean Water and Sanitation.

The organization is currently seeking the support of three Online Volunteers with experience in graphic design, logo design or drawing digital images. This collaboration intends to showcase PHAAE’s ongoing works and outcomes through content designs in the form of a poster or infographic that will be used as content for PHAAE’s social media account, website or blog.

Public Health Aid Awareness and Education Organization is seeking the support of three Online Volunteers who have experience in graphic design to support the Organization in creating its communication materials, specifically for future collaboration and donor outreach. The volunteer(s) should be able to create images for a website, social media, design infographics and posters. The selected Online Volunteers are expected to work under the supervision of subject experts by carrying out the following tasks:
1. Following the suggestions and design recommendations of team members when creating content;
2. Make meaningful design suggestions that improve the overall product (e.g.: poster or infographic);
3. Create clean cut and original designs that the organization could use on social media, its website or blog.
4. Specifically, the volunteer is expected to create 3 graphic designs during this assignment.
The three Online Volunteers are expected to carry out the task of graphic design, logo design and drawing digital images respectively. At the end of the assignment a certificate of appreciation will be issued from UNV as part of the volunteers benefit.

- Candidate must have a degree in graphic designs, video production, photography or visual arts. Candidate should be able to provide samples of their work upon request during the selection period.
- Must have interest or knowledge in environmental, climate water, sanitation , hygiene and conservation related issues.
